A $50 scheduling fee is required to secure an appointment and will be applied toward your service. We kindly request cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice or missed without notice will result in forfeiture of the scheduling fee. This fee is non-transferable and cannot be applied to future appointments.
Refunds are issued only to the original card used and are not provided in cash. Please note that merchant processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refunded amount.
We currently accept cash, credit card, FSA, HSA, and CareCredit.
